Not sure what to say though, all of them look like amateur cosplayers....
I can just comment on the Yoko ones: They look quite good but could have done better. More details, better colouring, more interesting posing.
At least they have the bodys to make those costumes fit. Not like so many german female cosplayers *shrugs*

I'd suggest they were wearing the body suits because of the weather, but... no, that wouldn't make a damn bit of sense, would it? Maybe the models have some hardcore tattoos (pbbft.)

The FMA chicks and that last one was pretty alright, the Yoko ones sucked ass.

Well, the cosplayers might've been fail, but the Yoko costumes weren't fail. They were commissioned from Cospatio to the tune of at least $800 each, and that's not counting the accessories, wig, socks, or boots.
The Nia costumes you see in the background were over $3,000 each, not counting the wig.

That aside, I hate it when Yoko cosplayers use a bra instead of a Bikini top. You can't get underboob with a fucking bra. The bellybutton thing could've been solved by just painting one on, or putting a spot of glue there though.
No, it's the exact same Nia costume. I've seen other photos of the Nia cosplayers and the costume is straight from Cospatio. Now the pink jacket that particular Nia is wearing isn't on Cospatio's site (yet) because it was a special commission off of Cospatio.
Yoko on the right is a trainwreck, but the rest are pretty decent, and far better than that Reimu nightmare cosplay.
They could make Yoko face mask as well

I think it's the cosplayers who are failing. The Hagaren uniforms were about $500 each from Cospatio.
I don't think it would be worth that.

Erm...Well I'll at least say that the boots are HORRENDOUS in the very least...oh well, for what they spent for these costumes, it's not 1/4 the quality it should be.
Indeed, make them yourself so you only have yourself to blame for Quality. Having said that I don't see what's horrendous about those FMA uniforms, yes they could be better (much better infact) but I wouldn't call them bad. Maybe I'm going blind or something?

Basically the same here, I usually start from the top down, though I start with the face. However, wow...wonder how I missed the belly button and the creases in the arms etc. :/
