I don't know if they're the same as the one I have, but it looks the same. Mine doesn't say what it's made out of, and the product page on its website is horribly devoid of any useful information...
I would guess it's 2-3mm thick, soft rubber containing water or thin gel. It's got the feel of a water balloon in thicker rubber. The nipple/areola is solid rubber of the same rubber material as the rest of the ball, and isn't that hard, but still is in the way and annoying if you want to use it as a plain stress ball.
I like the "CAUTION:" text though. "1. Don't expose under sunshine. 2. Don't touch with chemical & keep away fire. 3. Can't throw it."
