    Those preview shots seem to suggest that the pencil-sketch effect will be applied to the anime (as it was for the game), which is kinda cool.

    doesnt look any bigger than the game. you have one image straight on while another is angled. straight on will obviously look smaller with the lack of definition in the animation style.

    Awewwe the widdle-anonymous otaku hates the word "Kawaii"...how Kawaii is that!- lol.

    I kid, I kid, I just love watching people get pissed off by use of the word "Kawaii"- lol. He does have a good point in that we need to take proper steps to prevent "Cancerous Shit" from the more 'feelings oriented' or 'Politically Correct' type of forum poster.

    What I like about this board is that it has Excellent Anime/Otaku related stories with just the right level of snark, Non-PC bite, and lurid perversion! It's not easy for Artefact to maintain this balence or perfection in polite perversity- so we all need to contribute to the 'quality control' of this site.

    Asread annoys me just for the reason that they make enhancements to characters when in reality I'd much rather prefer the actual characters not some adapted characters. I'm not necessarily talking about the oppai mind you. To me they do look slightly larger but I never really paid attention to such detail when playing the game so I could be wrong. I don't mind too much although I don't exactly like humongous breasted anime women, I also do not care for flat as a board. I don't notice a difference so I'm fine. In my mind what they've done to the soldiers is horrible. Changing them into kids? The Outrage!

    you do realize that a large portion of the playable characters are underage right? I think it was a good call, the game made it seem as if only the 7th platoon had diverse demographics...

    look on the bright side, if they stay true to the game, one of em gets SMG sniped :P

    Well, the 7th squad is in the militia, not the regular army. You don't run into too many other militia types over the course of the campaign.

    They don't really look bigger to me in that comparison. The anime screen just show a different viewpoint. The actual breasts don't really look any bigger.

    Well volume wise, I dont think its any bigger. The CG version is just wider. The anime version looks much more perkier. I like it better that way.

    Damn, you made a big mistake there. While Disgaea 3 is certainly a great game, Valkyria Chronicles is so good, that it's one of those games that only comes along once or twice per generation of systems. It was easily my favorite game on any console last year. Even beating out Smash Bros Brawl (and believe me, I am a HUGE Brawl fan).

    Well...Disgaea 3 from what I hear doesn't really do SRPG very different from it's predecessors, only minor differences and story is all that's different. If you didn't play either of the previous 2 titles then not too big of a deal, but...in the very least VC is extremely unique.

    I haven't played it, probably won't play it because I don't think I'll ever own a PS3, but I shall take Artefact's word on it that it's an exceptional game. It's great to hear such praise of a game in such an age of shovelware...though that's always the case.
