A notary public (56) has been subject to disciplinary measures for photographing the nether regions of female clerks via a hidden camera.
According to local authorities, he had installed the miniature camera under his desk sometime during 2007, disguising it as an adapter; he then used it to take such photos of female colleagues as angles allowed.
Just how many photos were taken is unknown; the culprit himself admits to the crime, saying “What I did was inexcusable”.
In October of 2007, one of the female clerks noticed the camera, after which four of the lady office workers resigned, and in July of 2008 requested that disciplinary action be taken.
15 days after being disciplined, the hentai scrivener resigned from his position.
