The jury's still out on how effective it really is, though. Personally I think it works *somewhat* but is mostly drowned out by actual concious stuff. Still, it doesn't cost anything extra so some advertisers (not in the U.S anymore, since it was banned) will give it a shot just in case.

Actually tried out the game today in one of the local video game stores. Had the pleasure to play with the arcade panel by madcatz (stick and eight buttons)

Open the world map and look west of Old Oney to find a devil looking dude with his wang hanging out (he's facing west) in the map graphic.

Thats just a couple of expamles, Fallout 3 is full of them, as well as many other games. Its not a case of "If you want to see it, it'll be there, you've obviously got a problem" its done on purpose, tho to what end I can only guess.
