    Most of the stuffs in this video are actually awesome, to be honest.

    Nah, there's no fail here. Propaganda can be visual, too. The above attempt is amateurish, but it's still an attempt at propaganda. (Something doesn't have to be govt. sponsored to meet the strict definition of propaganda, either. Otherwise terrorists and cultists would be INCAPABLE of propaganda, LOL. )

    The "Monster Foreigners" article seems so hysterical that it almost looks like a satire of propaganda, but I can't read kanji so I don't know. But the uploader insists that it's serious so I'll take his/her word on that.
