When i was a kid i've been on holiday at my aunts house, and her husband worked at butchery nearby. One day he brought hope a whole-fucking-bag of blood covered ox testicles..
At first i was really freaking out, like eww gross, i'll never eat that crap !
But aunt just laughed and cooked them, they were DELICIOUS. Seriously, better than tongue or meat or any other part.

Eyeballs (cooked!) are actually quite nutritious, but they taste disgusting (it's the texture, really), so I never quite managed to ingest them unlike my mother. Still an massive eye, though.... I'd probably freak out if i saw one -_-
