Quality anime Akikan has attracted attention not only for its unique production values, but also for the bizarre treatment it metes out to its seiyuu. Above is the spectacle seiyuu 大久保藍子 / Aiko Okubo was reduced to, cosplaying a monkey whilst reading the ecchi bits from the original novel.

With the exception of the maid outfit, I think having her dress up while reading kinda ruins the hotness (Though the monkey is big lulz). TBH, this is pretty assholeish of whatever studio hired her.
Chu Chu cosplay = epic fail
Maid & Kunoichi cosplay = meh.
