On the anime screening section they had some recent series including Code Geass and Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei as well. I don't remember the others, but I was quite concerned for those three (Strike Witches being the first one...)

Nice, I love Strike witches (It is a good story passed the fanservice) but Evangelion is my favorite anime and that might be one of the best I have ever read!

Indeed. What originally drew me to Strike Witches was the absense of your usual vapid fanservice present in many popular shows. In particular, the psychological dynamics of Miyafuji and her obsession with large breasts was intriguing.
To say nothing of the complex identity crisis afflicting the multinational taskforce as they struggle to reconcile their martial duties and common goal with their respective backgrounds, explored through the metaphor of swapping pantsu in the "suu-suu" episode.
