The song used, Prot Mind, is from the Taito game Galactic Storm which was composed by Zuntata which is the Taito in-home sound team.
Obviously the one who made this, wasn't very tech-sawwy. Everything today is made on binary code (0 and 1's). Oh well, i liked it though.
Clearly its a futuristic programming environment with quantum electrons, for a value of 9 the electron would have a 90% chance to be there, etc. etc. Not that hard to grasp
Not 'made' programmed. Besides those ones and zeros tend to form larger numbers. It is perfectly acceptable to write these numbers with a base other than two, in most cases it's a simpler to use a base of ten or sixteen.
