The new Fate/stay night Digital Player ～聖櫃（Holy ARK）～ iPod is something sure to cause much envy among Fate fans, coming with 8 swappable coverplates, laser etching, 2 customized protective holders to store it in and a bevy of the series’ music along with exclusive artwork preloaded on the 80GB hard drive, all for the low price of ¥56,800 ($630).

The iPod comes from CharaAni, a large supplier of many otaku goods such as oppai mouse pads, tapestries and dakimakura.

The iPod’s 80GB HD also comes preloaded with all of the songs heard on the TV show, the 8 character image songs (even Archer’s), textless versions of both OPs and ED, illustration galleries, plus an exclusive “Fate/stay tune” short featuring Saber and Rin’s seiyuu.

Even as a TYPE-MOON fag, this is just pure marketing. I don't own an iPod and would rather spend it on something coming out in June which is far less expensive, yet so much more worth it.

I know apple does engraving for anyone so I wonder how much more the Fate logo would cost. Then try to find a faceplate on ebay. It will probably cost less.

Fxckin expensive, but Rin's zettai ryouki makes it all worthwhile.
The laser etching of the Fate/Stay Emblem is a nice Touch. Die hard fans would eat it up like hot cakes.

Unless someone buys ot for staring at rather than listening to, in which case I would advise buying some hi-res artwork posters. Cheaper and does it's job equal to this pieces of fancy-looking crap, if not better.
