I certainly think these pictures are legendary, but, agreeably, Kipi is legend.
not really. Go to CURE and you can find many more just like her. The reason that she's well know (and also others like Arisa or Namada) is because of their good clothing sense, and rabid fans on many Japanese boards, some which spilled over to the english version

Japs trying to cosplay a german girl is about as bad as westerners trying to cosplay japanese characters. It just doesn't work.
O'rly? Remember that her surname is Soryuu (惣流), and NOT as many think, Langley. Her mother was half Japanese, and only thing non asian about her looks was the strawberry blonde hair.
Ironically she is an American citizen

Asuka's been one of my favorite characters since I was 13, so this is a welcome surprise. This is one of the better ones I've seen.

Still, it is much better than seeing (middle-aged) men cosplaying female characters <.<

Love the cosplay but I disagree with the materials made to conjure up a plug suit.
only like the 2nd chick and the art.
First pics look too white IMO... ok, I know that's what they can do to resemble the skin smoothness of an anime character but, oh c'mon! That looks SO FAKE. Also, German cosplayers look nice, but this one owns.
I think the lesson here is that if you photoshop your pictures you'd better be good at it.

nah, she usually wear something inside her clothes if it's loose fitting on the top. In fact, all (established) cosplayers does.
Why, in the last set of cosplayer pictures (before the 2d pics), is the chick cosplaying not Asuka, but Asuka dressed up as Kemeko? One of the 2d pics has Asuka as Kemeko, too...

She does not look even like asuka.Her face look more to me like taiwanese singer Rainie Yang.
I doubt any cosplayer can look LIKE the characther they cosplay. They can only do so much, like the costume. For the face, unless they do plastic surgery, that's pretty much it.
For me they are good looking and the costumes are good
