Nice shapely body, but I'm seeing some visual oddities with the image. The shadow on _her_ left leg makes it look like her leg (knee) is impossibly deformed, and the hand-shadow on _her_ left thigh doesn't seem to match the hand and fingers which supposedly produced it.

The light source is in front and to the left of her. That shadow belong to another person. Likely the whole shadow starting at her knee is someone shading their eyes from the sun.
Well I should correct myself the coat is the shadow on her leg so the sun would have to be much closer to 90 deg to her.

Of course it's photoshop'd! It's called softening technique. Most photos (models) you see are softened to create that smooth, flawless look. It hides the normal skin texture and minor blemishes that we ALL have.
