    Mac obviously wins because of the large library of software it supports, large amount of hardware it supports, and that AWESOME file/menu bar at the top of the main desktop. Right, how's about giving us reasons to why "mac will always win" besides things that are only personal preferences.

    PC will always win with gamers
    mac are just to slow and not enough compatibility with games.
    Also they have worse torrent programs and most third party programs only work on PC's

    It's not al about the graphics.
    Gameplay is important as well and so's the storyline.
    I'd rather replay PS1 games that play some of the shit that out for todays consoles.

    I agree - I love the games on the DS.

    However I now I have a Wii (not mine) and I still think it's a gimmick. Wiifit? That's an actual game? We also have that and I can tell you it's just a living room decoration. The Wii has a couple of good games, but definitely not enough to make the Wii worth it.

    But if you're not a normal gamer it might appeal to you.

    Beacuse some people like good games? And not shooters and sport games?

    You want sports and shooters, you buy a X-Box 360.
    You want....interactiveness, you buy a WII
    You want RPG's, fighters, japanese and anime based games, you buy a PS3.

    Except that right now, thanks to Microsoft's willigness to throw around money, the 360 actually has more japanese RPGs, anime-based games, shooters and fighting games than the PS3. Even FFXII and Tekken 6 are multiplatform now.

    Not what I expected when I bought my PS3 ;) Fortunately the whole thing doesn't bother me that much. I'd love to play some of the JRPGs the 360 has, but not enough to actually buy the system. Most of the games I want are released for both platforms anyway.

    Also, what exactly makes the Wii more "interactive"? In my experience, most Wii games are more simple and offer LESS methods of interaction than the average PS3/360 game. The only difference is that you're waving your arms around like an idiot instead of simply pressing a button or moving an analog stick.

    There ARE good Wii games, but Nintendo needs to get more 3rd party developers REALLY on board, and more quality control on these 3rd party titles.

    I mean, I rather prefer pick-up-and-play games. What else would you call the original Super Mario titles?

    Game library wise, the PS2 is still killing all the new gen consoles. Neverminding their huge lead, they still put out more RPGs than all the new consoles combined. Which one will eventually come out ahead remains to be seen.

    Personally, even as someone who predominantly plays RPGs, I think the Wii is the better console against the 360 and PS3. Granted, I think the 360 will gain on the Wii rather quickly at the current pace, and the PS3, well, there will be a total of 4 games that I'll play on it by the time FFXIII is released.

    Innovative gameplay, I think is what someone was going for with the Wii. The 360 and PS3 use the same controller style that's been in place since the SNES, which severely hampers the way in which you interact with the game. Frankly, it tends to make even the best games a bit stale. Slightly better graphics don't compare to revolutionary gameplay.

    But it only counts for as much as you can actually take advantage of the hardware.
