PEACH-PIT Recovers & Rozen Maiden Resumes

After being struck down by illness, the details of which are completely elusive, the afflicted member of mangaka duo Peach-Pit has recovered, and according to the announcement they make on their website, serialisation of Rozen Maiden, Zombie Loan and Shugo Chara will all resume soon.
A modest gap of only a month ensures neither works nor fans suffered, and releases are set to begin immediately.
If only all mangaka could be so healthy…

yes. please continue the manga for god's sake so a new anime can be produced and we all can enjoy more of this nice desu.
They should stop churning out shit like Shugo Chara and Zombie Loan and just give us moar "desu" desu.
The Zombie Loan manga is actually pretty good, a lot better than the anime.
why are mangka's getting sick all of a sudden?

So does the rozen maiden manga continue the anime or is it any way different then the anime.Or is it just as the anime.

They are different. They both have the same/similar overall plot events. But the anime presents them to form a complete story for the first season.
The second season has an original character, cause at the time the manga didn't have too much of a story.
The manga is now moving in a direction quite different from where the anime left off.
