Pale Skinned Idol Gallery

A gallery of idols with skins as white as alabaster, as pure as the driven snow. This may be an exaggeration, but these idols certainly are, by dint of genetics or indoor proclivities, more pallid than is the norm.
Although a wide variety of skin colours are present amongst the complex admixture of races which comprises the Japanese folk, it is interesting to see that, generally and historically speaking, it is the paler complexion which has tended to occupy the more exalted aesthetic ground, although bronzed skin has of course recently come into vogue.
The same pattern is in fact said to exist amongst various other cultures, notably those of Europe of the past few centuries. Here, pallid complexion was said to signify the lady was refraining from manual labour outdoors, and therefore of a better class.
Lately, the opposite has come to be true, with tans tending to be associated with luxury and foreign travel; might we not speculatively consider the same mechanism to be at work in both east and west?
Whatever the case, on to the idols:
There seems to be some overlap with the less well endowed ladies we have seen; this is not actually intentional.

I am really disappointed that nowadays people (and mostly women) like to tan. I don't understand how the hell they can put up with all that sun to get a darker colour (I must admit though that it is strange to hear that from me, considering that I live in a very shiny country).

Interesting she'd be in this gallery because when I saw her pictures for the first time, I was surprised to see how pale she was. My vote for the palest of the pale.

a gallery to my liking, i always liked lighter skin colors better than darker
too bad everyone here in germany thinks darker skin is better(mainly because half of the population is already dark-skinned because real germans became a rare species here in germany)
Pale skin will always be superior in my eyes. Tan skin is a big turn off for me. It's sad to see tanning becoming more popular in Japan, I much prefer these paler models.
Also, if you do tan, you increase your risk of getting cancer, so it's unhealthy as well.
Tanned skin also ages more quickly, apparently.

As I said, there is some overlap wit the DFC galleries for some reason...
It's not just genetics and staying indoors - most Japanese skincare applications have a whitening effect on skin (as one of my friends was rather dismayed to learn when she purchased some in Japan). And in case of gravure, there's always photoshop...
Anyway, the last picture is the hottest.

Women with pale skin are far superior (in my opinion) to tanned women, and you know you won't have to worry about tanlines with them either ^_^

it kinda sucks when the propensity to tan for some people is extremely easy, I am now a milk chocolate colour just from walking outdoors...... and when i has just a kid, i was fairer than most....

Just because they look young doesn't mean that they are young. A few years back I had a Vietnamese girlfriend who was 25 and she only was 4'-8" & 92lbs, everyone thought she was 13-14. Well, it was their confusion and my win.
