The below image, purportedly of a test from a Japanese “English” class exam, strangely includes atypical names that would only be familiar to fans of Code Geass and Gundam 00.
Putting aside whether it is genuine or not (it certainly wouldn’t be the strangest thing yet seen in a Japanese English class), it is amusing to fill in the blanks…
nice questions but i have a question:
DOES THE MAKER OF THIS TEST IS AN OTAKU?
A student probably geassed celestial being into blackmailing her to change the test lol
Or maybe he just geassed the answers…
epic.
this reminds me a bit of my grade 9 math class where one of the example questions on the board had Naruto mixing various drinks so he would have enough for breakfast. This was a couple months before the first episode of Naruto was aired on Canadian tv. After the question was done some girl asked why he would mix the drinks like that and the teacher said “Because Naruto is an idiot.”
Then there was the time when we were playing jeopardy and the 500 point bonus question was name an anime. That was the only question that came up during the game I could answer and I was up to answer for my team, I won.
And then on the algebra test the teacher made a question about buying a certain amount of of ps2 and GBA games costing a certain amount of money. I was able to get the answer right only because the teacher used the real world prices for GBA and PS2 games in Canada at the time.
lol about your naruto question!
an otaku-sensei hum…
sounds good
