I wouldn't be so sure that Touka (from Touka Gettan, the last of the 3rd row) is a trap...
His/her gender is one of the mysteries of the series which never got explained.
Most of the characters think s/he's male, but there are many hints that s/he could be a girl (and so a reverse trap).
THIS is why 2D > 3D

Got a question...would you guys consider Ranma as a trap?
Cause we all know although he can completely turn into a girl 'physically', but the person 'inside' is still a guy...so what do you guys think?
He walks a narrow ledge of trap/trany/hermaphrodite because of the curse...just to feel better about myself I'll go with trap.
In principle, I'm not a fan of genderbending or crosdressing (even the christmas ep. of Haruhi-chan kind).
But it's strictly in the details and depends on the medium. What goes into a character depicted on a still image or manga is closer to WYSIWYG than in animation. Any giveaways have disqualifying power, but if there are none, one can work with the appearance in abstraction from the concept of the character that it is the original constituent of. But - the acute differences between male and female features (and male and female visual agreeability) in flesh and blood humans get shallowed down in manga, which can work either way, depending on what you know about the situation. You can tweak and adapt it if it's worth it.
In Ranma's case - to be fair to the likes of Cthugha or OS-tans, mermaids and what have you, you don't have to be bothered by what your character is in their other jobs. If he has the ability to be a girl, then he is one. Of course, being an attractive girl may be a few grades harder than just being identifiable as one.
How about sexy-jitsu Naruto then?
First row, 8th: Peppo from Gankutsuou, "I just want to help the boy I love". Killer line.
Fourth one on the second row is Gretel from Black Lagoon, a pair of twins switch between playing Hansel and Gretel, and their gender is never stated so it could be male or female.
Quen, great collage, but people who haven't watched shugo chara or the like should be warned that there are spoilers in that picture. Like a certain number of characters we didn't know were actually male:P.

Some of the comments did seem a bit slow; "hay wow theirs a lot of traps here..."

the ones i recognize are kamatari honjou[my first fave trap ever. ima girl btw] from rurouni kenshin, noriko from fushigi yuugi, that vice-captain guy from vandread and that guy from shugo chara. [i'm out of loop. i only know traps from the 90s and early 00s(?)]
I'd totally hit them all regardless of their "add-on"

Ahh yes he is, he's the guy with the snake zodiac curse, offhand don't remember his name though. Yes that's Buzuma from Vandread.
