Megurine Luka is my new favorite after Kagamine Len, taking my personal number two spot from Miku! I love her voice almost as much as Len's, and she is so... so lovely...
I sure do envy their ability to shade in photoshop. I could draw her in pencil but the shading requires some serious technique.

If you're paying attention you'll notice that Xai used pen tooling (and anchor points). Which suggests use of a mouse.
o_O I always use both pen tool and a wacom tablet...
Yeah, definitely could be dominatrix-type, but I'm thinking tsundere, also... However, there's still over 2000 pics of her on pixiv that I haven't gone through yet >_<
