The OP of defunct mecha anime ジンキ・エクステンド /Jinki Extend is compared to classic mecha anime 機動戦士ガンダム / Mobile Suit Gundam. You could be forgiven for noticing some similarities.
Given that Jinki: Extend is a rather hardcore mecha title, the probability of a deliberate tribute is rather high, though we might think they have taken things a little far; perhaps too far?
