Doujin soft (or homebrew as we might say) Nintendo DS fan ports of both danmaku shooter Touhou and classic visual novel Fate/stay night have emerged, in both cases in English. Fans of such may wish to check them out:
Touhou DS 0.7 looks to be functional, though not complete, and for those without an actual DS but with the burning desire to play Touhou on a cramped screen with inferior graphics, it apparently works with a DS emulator. It is intended as something of a portable version of Danmakufu.
Those interested should head to the relevant page; there are also apparently a few other such Touhou conversion projects out or on the horizon – Weeaboo’s site has some details and links…
Fate/stay night DS, or FateDS, looks to be complete at version 1.0, and promises as full a reproduction of the visual novel as the DS is capable of, with full voicing and English language support.

Fate/Stay Night on DS is sweet since the other guy who made a translated version had to pull his down due to pressure. It was a bit of a b***h to get everything running though.

SWEET!!...I mean, theres really no point to FSN if there isn't any sex in it...imagine my disappointment and nights of crying when I watched the entire anime and didn't see a SINGLE scene of explicit sex...altho several of the scenes in the anime made it pretty obvious the the original was hentai...still great tho...
What emulator can i use to make the ROMs work? i've tried some but none of them have DLDI support :S

Old news about the Fate/Stay Night but HOLY CRAP TOUHOU DS!
Just beat FateDS (UBW) yesterday... simply awesome.
It's a bit sad that some graphical effects are missing (which is making some fights boring) and the sound effects are terrible on the DS... but it's still a very good homebrew application and it's just nice to play these games on the DS

That's the name of one of the routes.
It was my first one, don't know if its the first route every time.
UBW = Unlimited Blade Works
The second route is named Heavens Feel
There's a save file included with Fate and UBW already cleared, so it's not impossible.
...Actually, if that was your first route, then you actually were in the Fate route for a little while; unless you clear Fate first, you can't go directly to UBW; you have to wait until day four or whatever.
There isn't a specific route you get first, it all depends on which choices you select.
