Idol and actress 釈由美子 / Yumiko Shaku is shown throughout her long career in the above comparison image, though we might be forgiven for thinking that two or perhaps three people feature.
Since her debut in the early nineties, her face is thought to have been subjected to some significant “enhancements”, with observers pointing out changes to her nose, and especially her eyes.
Truly, an idol such as this, being subjected to image manipulation via everything from Photoshop to cosmetic surgery, is no more real than a virtual idol such as Hatsune Miku, although it is of course folly to think of idols of whatever sort as possessing “realness”…
If you can’t see the changes (particularly the rhinoplasty), I do hope you aren’t plastic surgeons.
those pics are back in the day, shes younger, make up was different.
make up nowadays can do a lot..but theres always a possibility she got something done…
I don’t see it. I think a lot of people just look to hard for something and find more than what is actually there
eyes: bad sleep paterns can easily change eyes
nose: different angles in pictures can make the nose look very different
otherwise all i see is a woman at different ages, states of health, and different styles. I can’t TELL if she’s had surgery or not.
I think she looks worse in 2006
Hatsune Miku is just the best idol out there to be honest. Can’t get as perfect as her….. =D
