LOL. That list is incomplete. Gundam 00 (First Season) Volume 1 DVD came out in 1/08 and BD came out in 8/08. The total sales for the first volume is in the 45K~50K range so it would have been second on the list.

The list is presented as is, so I'm not sure why it's off - something to do with Oricon?
I'm actually quite okay with this. Macross, Code Geass, Clannad, Aria, SW, Kannagi and Hidamari Sketch are definitely top anime worth buying. 10,000 is no suprise. ^^ Others not listed in 10,000 mark, I have no idea.
And I'm sure, Minami-ke okawari could have done better if not for the..... change. =/

Sadly, Frontier is one big let down, the ending is simply uninspiring at all.
Cute facade over missing memories and psychological trauma, with mysterious powers thrown in. I think its a setup for the movie:
