The forums, long in development, are now ready for visitors; you may notice the link at the top of the main page.
You can visit the front page here.
Rather than provide rigid guidelines as to forum use now, I’d rather we establish such as usage grows, so things should get interesting as usage increases.
Most or all elements of forum should be accessible to Anonymous, but by necessity some functionality will require registration. Hopefully, maintaining anonymous access will be possible, though abuse can sometimes dictate otherwise.
Image posting and file attachments are supported, as is the usual advanced formatting (through both BBcode and HTML).
Various other features are planned, but what is present should cover all the essential elements we require.

This is great. I've been looking for a forum since the faggots over at G4 TV (Tech TV 4 life) not only permabanned me, but reported me to the police.
Long story short, me and some friends may or may not have used a forum feature (html in signatures) to put auto play music and images in the website background.
The secret service raided my house and I spent 4 days in juvy only to have it thrown out of court on the grounds that it was fucking retarded. We used html, which was allowed, in out signatures, and it had some effects they didn't like. Not a felony.

Wow, you're so awesome. Exploiting a deficiency to deface a forum and then claim "oh but it was THERE so it's perfectly acceptable to do it!". I wish I was as cool as you.
The very people who did it had been warning the forum admins that they were vulnerable for months. They did nothing about it, and odds are you could do the same thing today. They got what they had coming.
You know, as much as I'd otherwise agree with you, something seems very strange about getting the police involved in a relatively minor issue of some annoying forum members. I mean wow.
Obviously we haven't heard the full story, but G4's case doesn't sound too compelling ATM.

I have a 6 month police record for computer crimes as well. just cos I used a computer that someone had also loged onto to commit the crimes.
Sorry to hear that. The laws only exists to screw people over. Actually it exists to serve and protect, but only screws people over.
Just think about it, if you're reasonably sure a person wills to do you harm, but said individual does not step out of line with the law, there is nothing the law will do to protect you until you are attacked.
And now they're locking people up for putting funny html in signatures and playing a little music. What a world we live in.

Great would like to make a forum where we talk about anime differences between tv and dvd,mostly which ones got uncensored and a few extra added scenes.

But srsly, this place needed one for the nitty-gritty details of the news articles. posting comments in the articles section is all fine and good, but it's a mess to untangle and get the dialogue straight sometimes.

I've watched the AMV's, frequent the Gendou site (DONATE!), I even chat with a few english dub voice-actors...this site alone- is the Premiere Center of the English-Otaku's universe. It's is to the Otaku as the Internet is to Porn. I know sites where I can get any movie, tv show, or 'Premium Content' from Any Model or PB site...However, this one sites intensity, updates, attention to
niche' attention and design eclipses them ALL!.....now you're adding Forums??
