The first step of any successful artist is to learn how to draw the human figure.
So, this is indeed epic fail!
I'd say the first step is to come to grips with perspective. A lot of anatomy fail also derives from not understanding the relations between things in three dimensional space, and how that looks projected on a flat surface. The very first photo is a case in point, although I suspect it's the root cause behind many of these horrors.
Then again, perhaps the first lesson should be like: a head has only one body attached to it, an arm has a hand on only one end, people are material and cannot intersect, ...

I don't think any of you guys are right. There's not 2 pairs of legs, there's clearly only 2 legs. Her right leg is raised, the reason the knee is pointing that way is because it is extremely externally rotated. That's a very odd position for sex, and to fall naturally like that she's have to be a yogi master of the lotus, but it is correct. The left leg doesn't really look that long... anyway the only problem I see is that the torso seems to flow into the left leg. As for the man's legs? What? Anyway it looks like they're on a bed, so he's standing on the bed to do this, which is fucking stupid since he could fuck her standing on the ground, ah well.
