- Those who seek out witness information regarding the suspected panchira (possibly using popular ecchi websites).
- Those who are unable to tolerate mere screencaps and must instead carefully convert the offending scene into an animated .gif.

And I'm serious. It was comedy anime, with ecchi and romance aspects in it. It was about a guy who was "detective" taken over his dad job. And then took in 2 girls.

Well I would have to hand it to the people with which this has become a hobby or obsession. It is both the reason why men are labeled as pigs and why men are better at highly complex tasks. For only a guy could see a pantie shot that is only one or two cells of animation. I mean really...
