Also the Leg turn one wasn't that bad considering a Human can turn using their bodies and let their feet turn using the Force and Slide on the ground. Though I'd have to see the scene to see if it didn't flow properly...

Yeah, I think it's Haruhi. For a few episodes there was another animation error with Haruhi walking in the OP. I guess it's a hard thing for those guys to get right or something.
I sometimes wonder if this is why so many western comics are drawn so crudely and un-life-like: So if they make mistakes, no one will notice.

there are like 10 manga volumes in Japan for every comic book issue in the US. mistakes are far more common in animanga than anywhere else.

I don't see the feet as backwards. It's simply that the big toe is curled, while the other toes are not.
check out the big toe, they are in the opposite direction.
Also, if you check the girl's leg that is "under" the other girl, it first goes outward from the knee down, only to be "warped" closer to each other later.

Surprised there was no Bleach here, but I guess that would be far too easy, or has been done to death. At least five times they have placed the wrong hand on the wrong arm, which seems kind of easy to tell.

while some of these are obviously shops, some are honest errors on part of the illustrator. Most are hard to spot at first but even the best make mistakes like tony.
