I believe so, as they are just model files.
If you have the "new version" (post host coffee), you'll have to dl a 2.0->1.0 downgrader and a nocd hack to add/change anything in the game. The new version checks if the game files are different sizes. If you downgrade, you need to get the nocd because otherwise it won't run from the 2.0's disk.
Please note that this may make gameplay unstable (mine crashes about every 20 minutes).
To use the Master Spark mod, you'll also have to dl CLEO3 (a special script runner). Running too many scripts will also cause crashes (although sometimes it's a matter of 2 of them not working together).

Yuyuko eats her phone in the game. My roommate has some of these mods and got a few more recently. The Komachi one *not above* has some options and I really like that one.

and this mods works with "standar" GTA SA.
any mods like clothes can freeze the game, skin cars, peds,weapons, vehicles works normally.
also, there a mod for sub yor gta from spanish or english to japanese...

Suika in GTA makes too much sense she'd be wanted in 15 states for DUI related offenses including vehicular manslaughter and the destruction of an ihop with a hummer.
Really the vehicle controls in that game are so bad you end up driving like Suika would.
