Just released tentacle raep eroge 魔法少女アイ参 / Mahou Shoujo Ai 3 has forgotten to include the actual game CGs in the game by the looks of things, for not a single erotic illustration appears throughout the game; all that is provided is a blank screen to aid player onanism.
The issue in action:
This new low in the already mediocre standards of technical production visible in eroge has ensured a shocked reaction from those unfortunates unlucky enough to have bought the game.

It’s not clear what went wrong, and no patch is yet forthcoming, but it seems most likely that a total absence of quality control may be at fault, leaving the severe bug intact.
A more disturbing possibility is that that someone forgot to include the actual CG images on the disc itself; there is no small surprise, and much disgust, at the fact that the game now comes in at 473mb, as recent games in the series were all over 1GB.
Update: In fact it is confirmed that they managed to ship the game without CG, they say will issue a patch, but offer no timeframe as yet…
In case you were wondering, the game retails for ¥9,000. If you have faith in a patch being on the way, you can order it easily enough.
It would appear the developers are determined to challenge notorious bug developer Overflow’s various products for the position of most outrageously bugged software…

i think it is because the guy responsible for CGs worked too slow and the company ran out of money. so, they figured that they'll just sell the unfinished product to collect some money, then use it to finish it off.
