    Sigh.

    To answer above questions, it's not a tumor. They're breast enhancing pads made of silicon. If she had placed them properly, they actually would look fairly realistic, but even then, it wouldn't be surprising that she had padded. In Japanese society, it isn't unusual for a girl to pad her breasts-- if anything, it's a standard for most girls just as false lashes and cosmetics are.

    And it isn't that guys like natural/flatter chests-- it's just that anime/manga/akibakei otaku have lower standards. Most guys would prefer fuller breasts and the majority of girls are rather competitive about breast size, not to say, that they'd go grotesquely large, but just large enough to be proportional and aesthetically pleasing. If anything, as superficial as Japanese society is, it is actually preferred if you conformed to commonly liked images, which includes putting a lot of effort into your appearance for girls... like caking on make-up, padding your breasts to an extent, applying false eye lashes, wearing cute clothing, keeping your hair nice and pretty... all girls are pressured to do it, and not many of them really mind because it's normal for them.

    Americans have lower standards for beauty in the average class, not including those that are actually into fashion and beauty. Americans don't mind it as much when a girl goes au naturale, and even ugly girls have a chance at finding love rather than being ostracized from society to the same extent that Japan does.

    You should talk with a woman who has a big chest sometime about how she feels about them. There are many health problems that are associated with having big boobs.

    Subcutaneous saline injection gone wrong, perhaps? She wouldn't be the first person to go to extreme measures to look good for a special event. I suppose it could also be a birth defect (tri-oppai, anyone?) or even a benign tumor.

    Looking at it again, does she just have a fake boob/bust enhancer on top and improperly concealed? I guess the matching skin color and the way her left one looks okay kinda threw me off.

    What do you guys think?

    She is wearing a type of bra breast enhancer, you can see the clasp. The problem is, she picked one that had pads that were the same size as the breasts she already has, so basically she tried to double her chest size... which doesn't really work with that method of enhancement.....
