Inumimi Tsugumi Figure

Kannagi fans eager to complete the entire three-piece kemono mimi cosplay set from Kotobukiya need not wait much longer – the arrival of the last figure, Tsugumi donning inu mimi and an oversized collar, is imminent.
This charmingly moe 1/7 PVC figure of Tsugumi, made by Kotobukiya, is the final part of a set that includes neko mimi Nagi-sama and bunny girl Zange-chan, which we have previously covered.

As the ad above tells us, this figure completes the set and will allow Kannagi fans with deep enough pockets to re-create the source illustration.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any photos yet released of all three figures gathered together, but now we can at least imagine what the completed set would look like.
I still believe the Nagi-sama figure to be the weakest of the three – mostly because of her face but also because of the unsightly texture of her cosplay suit, a problem which the Inumimu Tsugumi also shares. I would rate Zange-chan highest of the three, but given the wonderful pose she has it is almost an unfair comparison.
This lovely Tsugumi figure is scheduled for release in April 2009 and available for about ¥5,700, so international customers will easily be able to acquire her.

Not bad. The more i see of Tsugumi, the more i like. Can't say the same for Zange..
Cast-offable? I dont really like the texturing, probably would have been better if it was actual fabric.

I don't exactly know why they couldn't recreate the entire blush and make it go across the face like in the picture and if she was looking up, that wouldve made it even more amazing and i would have to agree on the collar being too oversized. Other than that its an outstanding figure, another piece for my collection.
I thought the same thing about the blush - her full face blush was her best feature in the original illustration, I think.
So did I - she looks more puzzled than hugely embarrassed at being collared into a doggy outfit...
But what is she holding in her hands? What is that?
She isn't holding anything, those are the insides of her paws.

I love the look on her face. It's true to Tsugumi's character, I think. But I'm really only interested in buying Zange-chan.
I quite like the texture, actually...
To me it seems to be too obviously plastic-y when viewed up close, like something you'd find on a cheap plastic consumer good.
It looks better from farther way, though...

That is a really cool fig but am I the only one that finds the smile a little... weird?
