Few can resist ridiculing what now looks to be the worst game on the Wii by some margin, Takara Tomy’s “Major Wii Perfect Closer”, possibly one of the worst games ever, in fact (though competition is certainly stiff here).
You might think that it being a baseball game is dire enough, but look closer:
Reexamine the screenshots if you didn’t already notice several problems.
There’s a long list of deficiencies I’ll spare you, suffice to say that the game is a QC nightmare. It’s a wonder Nintendo allowed this to be released?

It doesn't look nearly as bad as the article makes it out to be. I'm sure I wouldn't pay $50 for it, but it can't nearly be the worst game ever, and, in fact, I would probably enjoy playing it.
These just seem to be a couple of glitch screenshots; most of the ugliness is caused by the glitches, combined with the odd art style it makes it seem like all of the graphics are shit. The graphics don't seem to be all that bad, actually, although there is quite a lack of detail (which can be partly attributed to the art style, such as the completely green ground, but other things, such as the lame background at the far end of the field, are just inexcusable).

From everything I've read, Nintendo dropped their QC way back in the NES days. The seal of approval was more or less just something to stamp on there, no real meaning behind it.
That game does look like 10 shades of awesome, though.
Nintendo lets anyone release games on Wii now (no more Nintendo Seal of Quality), so yeah, shovelware everywhere.
I used to be a Nintendo fan boy, until the Wii was released. Seriously nothing good has come from this console, apart from Metroid and Zelda. And so what if the console sold well, its the games that matter and nobody is gonna buy this crap.
Shame on the developers aswell, for so blatantly cobbeling a wii game together at the last minute. there probably working on a real title for Xbox 360, I suspect.

This game is absolutely "PERFECT". It just depends on what you're looking for to entertain you in a game.
Well not released here in America I'm sure (though they don't bring a lot of good Japanese titles either).

I've seen games with more impressive graphics on the n64, seriously. it's almost as if Nintendo took a step backwards.
Once this gets to the $5 bin, i will buy it. It looks like an afternoon of lulz.
To be fair, the Wii does have much better baseball games available. Taking random trash and comparing it to one of PS3's big sports titles is somewhat misleading.
As far as "Worst Game EVER!!!11!" goes, I don't even think this is even the worst game on the console. I mean, have you played Wii Music?
At least you can do something that makes sense there, except for the fact it doesn't have any Nintendo music.
