Ah, nevermind. Putting caramelldansen into wikipedia reavealed all. For those that are as oblivious as I was, it's called the 'uma uma dance' and apparently originated from a gif of 2 characters from an anime called popotan doing the movements set to the song caramelldansen sped up.

Obviously he didn't think this through. It's common sense to add blushing facial animation. Of course end it with the character lying down looking exhausted. Totally natural things we've already seen from other video creators.
I'm pretty sure the intention was "Boobs bounce and so you will watch them bounce. Boob Physics go," not, "Miku's boobs bounce and she's embarassed. And now she's tired, so she will lay down now."
I was making a reference to those "horse riding" machine videos. Two recently made had To Love-Ru characters. They're on the site, including many other characters from other series.
