Is it really? Would be nice if it is, but I'm not familiar enough with Tsukiyomi to know the difference.
Gurren Lagann one is interesting... that's an exact copy of a Nia illustration, but I first thought of it as an Eva or Nadia one. I could've sworn I've seen either Asuka or Nadia in that pose before as well.
No, the last one is not index, it is Tsukuyomi. The artist specifically lists every one of them.

The one below Yu Gi Oh is Eureka Seven
I came at the Type-Moon Tsukikasa.
Confused with the first one though. It's very similar to Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei's style at least, but it's not as obvious as the Yu-Gi-Oh/Typemoon/Yotsuba/You get the idea ones.
I thought it could be parody of Kumeta's early works such as Katte ni Kaizou. But his style have always been simplistic (except for backgrounds, that guy is so passionate in unnessecary details), so it's quite hard to tell.
GeGeGe no Tsukasa is so win.
