Have you seen a genius, inventor, notable scientist that walks semi-naked on the streets (OK, Archimedes was an exception and did not jump out from the bathtub directly on the street on purpose). Why cultures, where people usually walk almost naked (like native primary cultures) did not develop to any higher stadium and cultures of the North, where climate coerced proper dressing - built civilization?
