Veteran seiyuu 沢城みゆき / Miyuki Sawashiro has a plethora of roles to her credit, displaying enormous variety and great versatility (her Sankaku synopsis would likely centre on her recent roles of Kannagi’s Tsugumi and Perrine of Strike Witches).

She is not an idol type seiyuu for whatever reasons.
She certainly seems to be able to manage performances unrecognisable from role to role, something not all seiyuu are capable of.
It was a bit of a WTF moment when I realized she had voiceacted Perrine, Mataro, Canaan and Tsugumi.
Truly nearly impossible to recognise.
Indeed she is both versatile and very talented in her range of voice acting as well as her unique traits in each voice area. I had snubbed her as a mediocre seiyuu before really expanding my anime browsing but shes risen very much so since then.
Her role in Maria-holic as God/Boss is…amazingly cute, as well as Tsumugi in Kannagi. She is truly underhyped as a seiyuu, myself as an example of how underdogged she is in the industry.

a song of di gi charat sang by her “Hip-Hop Vegetable” became my instant fav the 1st time i heard it, her voicing of puchiko is just the greatest!
wow she’s indeed versatile. there are characters that i didn’t expect her to give voice too.
i suddenly became a fan of hers. thanks sankaku =3
by far the best in my opinion is Maria from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. it’s just done so perfectly, brilliant comedic timing and acting.
