The openings for Sousei no Aquarion and Samurai 7 really aren't that "stylish" or groundbreaking. Aquarion in particular was total formula.
Whoever compiled the video hasn't yet learned that "currently popular" does not necessarily equate with "timelessly stylish".
Agreed, Utena would belong in such a compilation, as well as dozens of other things which the compiler of that video is probably too young to appreciate, if even be aware of.
That said, I think I need to check out Bacanno!

Sousei no Aquarion has tons of uhhh funny sexual references... very easy to catch.

How could you possibly have a collection like this without the 2nd opening to Death Note?!? ("What's up people?") That's the coolest anime opening I've ever seen, the only series with which I never, ever skipped past the opening to get right into the next episode.

Very nice compilation - I was expecting to see at least either Utena TV OP or Otogizoushi OP1. Utena's probably wouldn't have fit in very well with the style of most of the other OPs here, but Otogizoushi would've fit right in.
