This interesting figure attempts to combine the widely recognised charms of the maid with the even more widely appreciated sukumizu, and the character feature is 久寿川ささら / Sasara Kusugawa, of visual novel series To Heart.
The figure itself is available now, coming in at about 14cm high at 1/7 scale.
