This splendid apparition is 天狐空幻 / Tenko Kuugen, kitsune lead of kitsune anime 我が家のお稲荷さま / Wagaya no Oinari-sama.
Aside from possessing the quality of fox ear moe in abundance, as well as miko moe, she also manages some nice use of material in modelling her colourful energy swirls.
You can see something of what the sculptor was trying to achieve in this illustration, showing her energy miasma, which must be a daunting prospect to model. The colourful results seem very successful, however.
She also has furry mode – sure to be a hit with some. No gender swap, though.
The figure itself is out now, being 1/8 scale and retailing in the region of ¥9,000.

Really don't like this figure.
Maybe because it's the rainbow hair, maybe it's because her face looks funny and doesn't really capture her mischievous personality.
The face is fine, it's the ears that are off... Too big, I think...
