The extra characters are all from the manga and, especially, the light novels. Presumably only real Pantsu Witches aficionados can identify them?
If you can, lend a hand and share your wisdom by adding a note to those you know; I must admit I don’t know the readings to most of those.
WHO IS KAISER SOZE?
The two Finnish witches n the top row are noted as “Dispatch 2nd lieutenant” (I suppose that means Warrant Officer? That’s her rank, right?) and “Incompetent 1st lieutenant”. The one in the bottom row is called “Ahonen”, which is a Finnish surname, but would undoubtedly sound funny to a Japanese person.
