Bat Storm: Rosario + Vampire Now Censored Everywhere

capu03_005

A sad day for pantsu vampire fans; Pantsu + Vampire viewers report that even the formerly untouched Tokyo MX broadcast version now has the unwelcome addition of pantsu obscuring bats, previously only seen on puritanical stations, though with nowhere the near the numbers seen elsewhere.

The panchira count, hovering around 80 for the past two episodes, seems unaffected however.

You can see more of the third episode’s pantsu and, lately, huge oppai, below.

The good source.

You may also notice that some nipple shots did not get a bat, just a blob?

In case you were wondering what a puritan station’s version looks like, observe the Osaka version:

The incomprehensible actions of the censors strike once more; spoiling the anime with a handful of bats achieves nothing in rendering child safe an anime which isn’t even broadcast in a family timeslot, and almost all of the shots remain completely uncovered.

Might we draw the conclusion that this is a transparent ruse to give them a selling point for their DVD release? It looks as though Kanokon has shown the way in this regard – better to power up the DVD version rather than merely cut down (or in this case, simply spoil) the broadcast version.
