In a particularly terrifying piece of Engrish, the group is called THE ポッシボー / The Possible.

Her name is Okada Robin Shouko, from The Possible. She's half American or somesuch.
Those girls aren't all part of one group, they belong to the label TNX, Tsunku's personal label. The Possible is just one group in it. That young girl won the 3rd "megane musume" audition, which is why other glasses-wearing members of TNX are there.
