The "DVD!" slogan rings a bell, but I can't quite remember where I heard of it. Can someone please enlighten me on where that came from? As well as the cute girl in the pic that Artefact has associated with it?

It's from a famous manga where the girl pictured breaks her little brother's DVD and has to pay the consequences... They shout DVD! DVD! whilst she undresses, and it became something of a meme.
