    I kinda have to wonder, do ALL schoolgirls REALLY like to wear such short skirts ? I can imagine that every schoolgirl in the country was raped sometime in their life. Maybe they are getting raped every day ?

    you seem to think that high skirts = they want it = open access. That's like saying people who frown at you and walk roughly is asking for you to go punch them. That's really unthoughtful from my perspective. You don't have to act like you do just because you think other people want you to.

    Woman should be able to walk around naked, without fear of being raped. But unfortunatly some people just don't have any self control.

    Its just fashion, short skirts just look good.

    Rape != sexual lust. Rape == Power trip, period. The clothing excuse is just a poor excuse that may have worked 50 years ago but doesn't gain traction today (I hope).

    Plus, consider that Japan has a MUCH lower per capita occurrence of rape and other violent crimes compared to other modern countries even with the cute school girls in miniskirts.

    Not ALL girls wear short skirts, but most roll them up a little.
    In my year as a High school teacher in Miyazaki, I saw plenty of Panchira without even putting in any effort. (none on camera though, sorry guys)

    the first pic of the girl on the bike with a grey skirt is a really lovely photo.

    I think that the fasination with japanese school girls is that they are kind of an icon for japanese culture and there look really cute.

    Some of these are clearly posed rather than opportunistic shots, mostly likely from idol photobooks or videos. In fact, I think #35 is Saaya Irie.

    japan's ministry of education really have to do smtg bout the skirts. there shud be a law about how short your skirt can be

    Wow. Legislating what people can wear? That's rough. Now, there ARE dress codes for schools once the girls are AT school, but they're free to wear what they like how they like outside of that. Thank heavens. :)
