Previously we saw the To Love-Ru manga subtlety work around censorship, include exciting loli tentacle raep, and of course reliably restore nipples to their proper position.
Without even including any particular beach or service themes, now we have the sort of thing above… Perhaps we could consider it the not yet fully realised manga equivalent of Kanokon.

Even if does appear to be an ero-manga with the explicit parts taken out, it doesn’t seem there’s much further it can go within the confines of its current publication. It will be interesting to see if they can push things any further.
I believe they will find a way, they are very creative writers.
