Tsundere grand mistress Rie Kugimiya (Louise) provides the voicework to accompany these finely illustrated karuta, or playing cards, with the set being accompanied by a CD of her charming portrayal of that most improbable (or is it?) personality type.

On sale now for some ¥2,100; another set was on sale previously, so they must be proving popular. Hear her in action at Nico.

I can’t be alone in wondering why they don’t just release them as a CG set too, as looking at them on the large screen TV you can see at AkibaBlog looks far preferable, but still…

Watch ALL of ZnT (1-3), Shakugan no Shana (both seasons and the movies), Hayate no gotoku, Rizelmine, Rosario + Vampire, AND Toradora, THEN come talk to me about hearing Kugimiya's voice enough
