I played Soul Calibur 2 at my college dorm with some guys, but I don't do consoles at all...this kind of makes me wish I did.
The things people come up with will never cease to amaze me.
The unknown girl in black might be Yuki Cross from Vampire Knight, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.
It was on the site, but I didn't then, or now, have any idea who it was. Rukia? Beyond me. Anyway, uniforms are evidently handleed well...

I'm pretty sure Oh Great! made a custom character for the game, Gothic Lolita style.
I think the cat-headed girl is supposed to be the main character of Hello Kitty, though the little bow in her hair seems to be missing.
Buffaloman and Brocken Jr, on the last picture, are Kinnikuman/Kinnikuman Nisei characters.
Ichigo from Bleach and Lu Bu from Dynasty Warriors should be a playable character, IMO
