After this, the lady kept pursuing him with mails, and he eventually sought assistance from the police…

Roughly 17... He could have done it, but that has a lot of consequences. What if a child was borne of the situation, that puts the man in jeopardy? What if she had STD's? It's no different between a 34 year old man meating a 17 year old girl, although we tend to view the man a little more harshly.

No, it doesn't depend on the country you're in, it depends on whether you know what pedophilia means. Whether someone is of the age of consent doesn't actually matter for paedophilia, even if the age of consent was abolished or massively reduced, those attracted to (prepubescent) children would still be pedophiles.
Anyway, it almost sounds as thought the "molestation" may not have been the main issue here -- if for the police, then certainly not for the boy, perhaps. Doesn't it sound more like she was actually stalking him? And maybe he had a girlfriend and was therefore reluctant to enter into an affair with the woman? I'm not saying that that's what happened, but one should perhaps not forget that the reports posted don't give the full background, so as soon as you view them as anything but entertainment you're on very shaky ground.
you are talking about a woman who is probably around the 5-7 ish range on a scale of 1 to 10 i mean if she got him to take clothing off, he much have seen her at the very least partially nude. and once a "cute" guy hits society assuming he isn't a total screw up getting a 8-9 isn't totally unthinkable.
