The school swimwear peculiar to Japan, called スクール水着 / school mizugi, or abbreviated as スク水 / sukumizu, exerts a powerful influence over many Japanese men it would appear; perhaps this is a consequence of the nation’s boys being collectively exposed to the blossoming womanhood of Japan uniformly dressed in these at times surprisingly flattering uniform garments.
Whatever the reason, you may as well make up your own mind as to whether this penchant represents a harmless and nostalgic, if healthful, interest in the flower of Japan’s maidenhood (or at least the black or navy blue swimsuits thereof) or the cake obsessed hankerings of some lecherous old men, with apparently nothing better to point their compensatorily enormous lenses at.
Reproduced here is a gallery of school mizugi (or items similar in style) sporting young ladies; rest assured only the most tasteful images are presented, as Vippers are not always known for their temperance in these matters.

A Vipper is someone using the VIP (2ch style boards) boards, known for image content.
Nobody actually likes using 2ch style boards, and they get deleted, links break, etc, so usually a "matome" (summary/collection) site will collect the results of good threads onto a website (Itainews is probably the most famous such site, though it doesn't deal with vip).

Usually I visit whatever gets linked to - most of them aren't updated too frequently, a lot have only text matome most of the time, and of course not all of the galleries are good. VIPPERな俺 / VIPPERnaOre [http://news23vip.blog109.fc2.com/] is a big one.
