uhm… her chest fluctuates size because she fluctuates age in the anime. Have you not seen it? These are shots of the young and the old Nia.

I think the size issue is that they are switching between young Nia and older Nia. Notice how ones got short hair, from after the hostage incident.
Some of those pics look fantastic. I’d love to see some HQ scans of those if I don’t end up buying it.
And yes, it ain’t only you. It seems the size of boobs in Japanese cartoons and comics fluctuate quite a lot. I wonder why … 😉
